Shandong Deshi Chemical Co., Ltd has 14 sets of  large-scale polymerization device and product quality testing equipment, the annual production capacity of 30000 tons, the production of DCS automatic control system of the whole process, safety, energy saving and environmental protection, high efficiency to meet international standards.
The main products are: crude oil demulsifier, oil layer cleaning agent, sewage corrosion inhibitor, non-ionic surface active agent, polyether polyol and other more than 300 varieties.
In the development of chemical Deshi, adhere to market-oriented, rely on the implementation of the "science and technology" strategy, focusing on internal management and strengthen quality, expand the market outside the image, to achieve rapid development of enterprises, and products with high quality, strong strength and sincere service to win the majority of customers trust.

PUBLIC TECHNOLOGY

In terms of production technology, the company adopts the Siemens automatic control system. The temperature, pressure and liquid level of the production equipment and each storage tank are safely interlocked. The flammable and toxic gases are equipped with a high-sensitivity automatic alarm system. the company has an independent fire alarm controller. The factory realizes full coverage of high-definition camera. There are two sets of ethoxylation system in the production workshop. the ethoxylation system is designed according to the principle of fluid dynamics and vapor-liquid mass transfer and vapor-liquid equilibrium. Based on the vapor-liquid contact reactor produced by press company in Italy and the loop reactor produced by Buss company in Switzerland.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control from raw materials purchasing to production is all controlled by professional testing personnel with each index inspection qualified way for the next procedure.
Raw materials first into the factory, quality inspection personnel according to the number of raw materials for proportional sampling, qualified warehouse storage arrangement;
During production, the operators in each link shall operate strictly in accordance with the production process, strictly implement node control, and the quality inspector shall timely grasp and detect the central control index of the product, so as to ensure that the final index of the product is qualified. At the same time, factory inspection should be in accordance with the provisions of measurement, sampling, packaging, specifications, etc.of the company. The products can be ex/works until qualified.
